Women in Berlin can now swim topless in public pools. Tagesspiegel writes about it.
The corresponding statement was made by the Berlin Senate Department for Justice, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination. The agency’s ruling clarifies that topless swimming will now be “available to females and, accordingly, persons with female breasts.”
