According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, in the Belgorod region from February 1 to March 1, 2023, the average producer price for premium wheat flour decreased by 7.3% (from 26,618 to 24,677 rubles/t). The cost of bread remained practically unchanged: wheat bread cost 59,378 rubles/t, rye-wheat bread — 42,437 rubles/t. The producer price for fodder wheat was 10,618 rubles/t, barley – 11,975 rubles/t, corn – 10,303 rubles/t. By the end of the reporting period, the cost of chicken meat slightly decreased: it was sold at an average of 113,263 rubles per ton, which is 1.5% cheaper than at the beginning of February. Manufacturers sold chicken eggs of the 2nd category at an average of 53.61 rubles per dessin, or 1.4% cheaper.
