Jewelry company Swarovski has announced its complete withdrawal from Russia. This was announced by the CEO of the company Alexis Nazard in an interview with Trend magazine.
Swarovski plans to leave the market subject to all laws, including economic sanctions and other trade restrictions. Nazard did not name the exact timing of the company’s departure from Russia.

Swarovski specializes in the production of glass crystals, jewelry and the cutting of synthetic and natural gemstones. The headquarters of the company is located in the Austrian city of Wattens.
On March 4, the company closed 12 stores in Russia and also stopped online sales. The first Swarovski store in Russia opened in Moscow in 2018.
