The cigar-shaped UFO was moving forward while the ISS camera was pointing at Earth. This is reported by the Daily Star.

After UFO hunters spotted a mysterious cigar-shaped UFO on NASA live stream, they thought it was real proof of the existence of aliens.
For years, conspiracy theorists have rigorously monitored outer space through live feeds from the International Space Station (ISS).
An observation that happened six years ago shocked enthusiasts.

The well-known truth seeker “Streetcap1” noticed a “huge ship” cruising along with two balls right above the Earth. The cigar-shaped object moved to the right of the screen, and the two balls below seemed to flash and move forward.
He commented, “I thought I was seeing something. I had to act quickly. This should appear in the archive later for those who want confirmation.”
“The dimming at the end was sudden and I guess they turned the brightness down a bit because they noticed it. Sorry for the quality, but that was hundreds of miles away.”
“Streetcap1” noticed that NASA immediately turned off the live feed after the sighting of the UFO.
Tyler Glockner, famous Youtuber of “Secureteam10”, shared his thoughts on the sighting and said that he had never seen anything like it before.
“I’ve been tracking hundreds, probably thousands of hours of live feed from the ISS and I’ve seen UFOs, I’ve seen ice crystals, I’ve seen space debris, and I’ve seen reflections of light,” he said. “What we’re seeing here is like none of this.”
“And it would seem that soon after these objects come into view, NASA – either intentionally or UFOs do it on their own, but the objects quickly dim.”
But some people believe that there was no lens flare.
NASA scientists did not confirm the sighting, but a few months later, in October 2017, they discovered the ‘Oumuamua interstellar object passing through the solar system.
Oumuamua is a cigar-shaped rocky object that reaches 400 meters in length. Some scientists, including astrophysicist Avi Loeb, have suggested that this was a real alien probe that arrived in the solar system to collect information. Earlier, Russian researcher Andrei Vetrov (esoreiter.ru) presented evidence that this object reached us with the help of a wormhole (wormhole) in space.
