In 2023, it is planned to put into circulation another 52 thousand hectares of agricultural land in the Omsk region

The agrarians of the Omsk region summed up the work of the agro-industrial complex of the region in the crop industry in 2022 and outlined the tasks for 2023. The agronomic meeting chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk Region Nikolay Drofa was held in the regional Congress Hall. It was attended by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, heads of districts, heads of agricultural departments, heads of large agricultural organizations, representatives of scientific organizations in the region, as well as federal structures. Despite all the difficulties that the farmers of the region had to face in 2022, they managed to harvest a decent harvest. This is about 2 million 913 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, 326 thousand tons of oilseeds, 349 thousand tons of potatoes, 139 thousand tons of vegetables and 35 thousand tons of fruits and berries.
