In the Microsoft Word text editor, you can now paste text without formatting using a keyboard shortcut. This was reported on the website of the American corporation.
To automatically paste without formatting on Windows, you need to hold down the key combination Ctrl + Shift + V, and on Mac – Cmd + Shift + V. According to the Habr portal, this was already available in Microsoft Teams, Chrome, Gmail and the Word web application . Also, this feature is available in almost all text editors from other companies.
It is noted that Microsoft users will be able to reassign hotkeys or disable them by returning to the original version of the layout. They will also be able to select default paste options.
