Yandex employees were transferred to a hybrid mode of operation. From the office, they will need to work two or three days a week, RBC was told in the company’s press service.
They clarified that employees can come both to the Russian offices of Yandex and to its international hubs – in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Serbia or Turkey. “For some cases, a remote mode will be available,” the company said.

At the end of February 2022, it was reported that Yandex introduced a remote work mode for employees, “as it was at the peak of covid.” Many employees during this period were “emotionally hard” and wanted to spend more time with their families, the company explained the decision.
