Review of retail prices for food products in the Novosibirsk region

According to Novosibirskstat data, as of March 6, in stores in the Novosibirsk region, sausages fell by 5.5% (to 384.17 rubles per kg) over the week in the segment of meat and meat products, canned meat for baby food – by 1.8% (to 1 106.78 rubles/kg), pork — by 0.3% (up to 332.22 rubles/kg). The price of boiled sausage went up by 5.5% (up to 473.03 rubles/kg), chilled and frozen chickens — by 2.2% (up to 162.63 rubles/kg), beef — by 2.1% (up to 511 rub./kg). The price of mutton remained at the same level – 523.23 rubles/kg. Among dairy products, a decrease in average consumer prices was observed for drinking whole pasteurized milk by 2.3% (up to 74.98 rubles / l), cottage cheese – by 1.9% (up to 404.84 rubles / kg), butter – by 1.5% (up to 824.86 rubles/kg), cheese – by 0.9% (up to 758.56 rubles/kg), drinking whole sterilized milk – by 0.9% (up to 107.59 rubles ./l).
