Gatherings of three friends in the German Paderborn could end as you like, but ended with a hospital and a police station. The case occurred back in April 2022, but the case was closed just now. As a result, the attacking guy was given two years probation and a fine of € 10,000. And this is for 11 knives.
How it was: a 29-year-old guy came with his 39-year-old relative to visit a friend. The gatherings went according to plan – the guys had fun and drank strong drinks. At five o’clock in the morning they wanted to go to the sauna, and, fortunately, there was just one in the house of a 37-year-old friend.
By that time, friends were already pretty tipsy, they even poured beer on the stones in the sauna. And everything would be fine, but the conversation suddenly turned the wrong way. The men began to argue which of those present had the most impressive manhood, and, of course, no one wanted to lose. At seven in the morning, the case turned into a quarrel and even a fight, and a more sober 39-year-old man picked up his young relative and took him home.
Two hours later, the 29-year-old guy could not calm down, so he took a knife and went to deal with the offender. He inflicted 11 wounds to his arm and left lung area. The man was taken away by an ambulance, but the guy was taken by the police. Moreover, he was detained two hours after the attack, and even then the level of alcohol in his blood just went off scale. As the doctor noted, just a little more – and this would already fit the parameters of criminal incapacity. (In Germany, you cannot punish a person who committed a crime in ignorance and could not be held accountable for his actions.)
The police dealt with the case for a year, the injured man had long gone home for rehabilitation, and his 29-year-old friend marinated in the isolation ward. In March, the court ruled the guy guilty, but gave him only two years of probation and ordered him to pay €10,000 to the victim.
Here, a resident of the Chelyabinsk region had to suffer because of his sexual fantasies, and even at the hands of his beloved.
