Experts of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia told students and teachers of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering about the development of the system of construction expertise in Russia. The event for more than 20 guests from NRU MGSU was held at the Center for Interaction and Communications in Construction (CVC) under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
Recall that by the Decree of the President of Russia, 2023 was declared the Year of the Teacher and Mentor. Its main mission is to popularize mentoring activities. This time, Glavgosexpertiza experts acted as mentors. Their reports aroused great interest among the audience, students actively asked questions and were interested in the changes taking place in the industry at the present time.
Opening the meeting, Igor Manylov, head of Glavgosexpertiza, noted that now, in the current geopolitical situation, it’s time for the flowering of intellectual capabilities, the creation of domestic information services and systems. “You need to seize the opportunity, learn, move towards the goal and believe in yourself”– Igor Manylov addressed the students.
Dmitry Nikitin, Head of the Center for Digital Transformation of Glavgosexpertiza, explained how new technologies are mastered, the transition to data management and machine-readable documentation formats takes place.
Dmitry Minakov, Head of the Service for Data Analysis and Maintaining the USRZ, using the example of the register, shed more light on the possibilities and methods for accumulating and using expert knowledge in the information space.
And about. Sergey Golovin, Deputy Head of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, dwelled on the topic of improving the pricing system in construction, which was of particular interest to future graduates of NRU MGSU.
The head of the Training Center, Alexander Shalaev, described the basic principles of continuous professional development that specialists in the construction industry must adhere to.
Department experts Alexandra Litvintseva and Anton Nashchintsov conducted an educational program for students on topical issues of ensuring the quality of project documentation and engineering survey results.
Glavgosexpertiza of Russia and NRU MGSU have long and fruitfully cooperated in the direction of educational and outreach activities. The head of the department, Igor Manylov, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the university. In December 2022, the Corporate Department of the Ministry of Construction of Russia was opened on the basis of the university with the participation of Glavgosexpertiza.
