The creation of the Institute will allow the university to launch elite educational programs and provide access for teachers and students to Russia’s leading research centers in education and science. This became known during the international forum “Education. Personnel. Economy”, reports “Stavropolskaya Pravda”.
A new structural unit will appear on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in the framework of cooperation with the Innopraktika company. The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute”, as well as the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry are participating in its creation. The Institute of Agrarian Genetics and Breeding will carry out frontier research on the practical application of genetic technologies in crop and livestock production.
