The Government of the Russian Federation has expanded support for agribusiness in the Far East

Agricultural producers operating in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District will be able to return half of the costs of the actual cost of creating or modernizing breeding and seed centers. The decree was signed by Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. Reimbursement of a part of direct costs is one of the measures of state support for farmers, within the framework of which transfers from the federal budget are provided to the regions. The recipients of funds are determined during the competitive selection. Until now, the amount of compensation for the construction of selection and seed centers was 20%. An increase in the amount of compensation will reduce the payback period and increase the investment attractiveness of such projects.
