More than 900 million rubles were invested in the overhaul and reconstruction of production. These funds were used to fully upgrade the technical equipment and infrastructure of the enterprise. Climatic fermentation and drying chambers have been installed at the modernized plant, technologies for slicing and portion cutting of raw smoked sausages and delicacies have been introduced.
More than 100 people were hired to work at the revived plant. Among them are specialists who previously worked here, but were forced to leave when production fell into decline. Now they have returned to the modernized facility. The employees of the plant were provided with travel, food and overalls.
