The heroine of the story tried to transfer the child from an elite place, turned to the local Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. Only the school, in response, wrote a statement against the woman and accused her of insanity.
As a result, Elena was deprived of parental rights even without a trial. According to the woman herself, the authorities relied on the testimony of a psychologist who did not even talk to her.
The boy himself went to live with his father, with whom the Russian woman is now divorced. As it turned out, dad does not really care about his offspring. The mother is trying to bring her son back to her and for this she travels all over Spain with rallies, winning her honest name.
However, injustice with parental rights concerns not only women. Fathers are also in the center of attention, as happened in Yekaterinburg, where bailiffs forcibly took away the daughter from a local resident. The adult daughter of the hero of the story from his first marriage said that the children want to live with their dad, but the court did not listen to their opinion.
