The amount of state support for the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk region will increase by one and a half times

This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev during a working trip to the region. The head of the Ministry of Agriculture discussed the results of the work of the agro-industrial complex of the subject, issues of preparing for the sowing campaign, bringing state support funds and improving the quality of life in the countryside with the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev and Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrey Travnikov. The minister noted that according to preliminary data, last year the region’s agriculture showed a positive trend. The index of agricultural production amounted to 101.5%. Agrarians of the Novosibirsk region managed to collect high yields of the main crops. Dmitry Patrushev highlighted the growth in the production of rapeseed and potatoes.
