In MIPT, for the first time in Russia, during the experiment, a quantum learning algorithm was launched, which relies on several qubits. What is especially pleasant, the achievement belongs to young scientists.
A quantum neural network is a kind of network of neurons in the brain, only the role of neurons in it is played by qubits (quantum bits). The quantum neural network has already completed certain tasks: it recognized handwritten images with an accuracy of more than 90% and solved multiclass classification problems.
The results of her work were shown by MIPT scientists at the VI International School of Quantum Technologies, which was held in Miass.
