The management of the Wildberries marketplace will suspend the accrual of fines for employees of pick-up points (PIU). The measure will affect cases in which the buyer will receive goods that do not correspond to the ordered ones. This was reported in the press service of the online retailer.
The company is finalizing a control system that will prevent cases of substitution of goods, representatives of the retailer said. They added that the marketplace has already improved its arbitrage service and canceled more than 10,000 incorrect substitution penalties. Now the marketplace intends to sort out all disputable situations, the company specified.
