Bryansk bread won awards at the XIV All-Russian competition “The Best Bread of Russia – 2023”

The International Industrial Academy in Moscow at Expocentre on Krasnaya Presnya in March 2023 hosted the 28th exhibition Modern Bakery Moscow 2023 – one of the main baking exhibitions of the year, the only one in Russia and the CIS covering the entire cycle of production and sale of confectionery and bakery products. Within the framework of the exhibition, the XIV All-Russian competition “The Best Bread of Russia – 2023” was held, at which 161 samples of bread and bakery products from 31 enterprises from 20 regions of the Russian Federation were presented. From the Bryansk region, three bakery enterprises took part in the competition – OJSC Bezhitsky Khlebokombinat, OJSC Dyatkovo-khleb, OJSC Trubchevskkhleb. OJSC “Bezhitsky Khlebokombinat” annually participates in the competition and wins awards. 2023 is no exception.
