By the beginning of the current year, the farms of the region offered 1620 vacancies, 433 of them were for the positions of managers and specialists. This was reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
Traditionally, engineers, mechanics, veterinarians, agronomists are in the top, among the working areas are tractor drivers, operators of machine milking and livestock complexes, drivers. The enterprises of the eastern and central districts of the region are most in need of workers. In general, the provision of the industry with personnel remains stable – about 93%.

For work in the countryside, young specialists and workers are entitled to a million “lifting”. In addition, tractor drivers, truck drivers and machine milking operators without age restrictions can receive half a million rubles for rural areas. Youth in the agro-industrial complex can count on a salary of up to 100 thousand. To do this, within five years, employers are compensated from the regional budget for 70% of the costs for these purposes. Agricultural producers also receive subsidies for the salaries of trainees and professional training of specialists.
A serious incentive to settle in the countryside is assistance in improving housing conditions. The region reimburses young people for 90% of the cost of building or buying a home. With the support of the regional budget, the farms are also building service housing in the villages.
Support is also allocated for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural classes, colleges, technical schools, and an agricultural university.
“The personnel support system created in the region does not fail even in difficult economic conditions. We got acquainted with the best practices of other regions – there are no such measures of state assistance to rural workers as in our region in any subject of the country. Leonid Shorokhov recommended that the heads of urban and municipal districts ensure the conclusion of agreements on cooperation between agricultural enterprises and organizations of general, secondary and higher professional education, and prepare a roadmap for the creation of agricultural classes in the territories. Farm managers should form a personnel reserve for the period of seasonal field work, provide funds for interns in their budgets, and conclude targeted training agreements with students. Krasnoyarsk Agrarian University – to develop advanced training programs for teachers of schools involved in the work of agricultural classes.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Territory, in turn, is preparing measures to support mentors, as well as farms that actively cooperate with educational organizations. Such enterprises will be able to count on increasing coefficients when receiving a number of subsidies.
Leonid Shorokhov also met with young industry professionals and discussed with them the prospects for life and work in the countryside. Among the main factors for securing a foothold in rural areas, young people noted decent wages and working conditions, housing and the development of social infrastructure. We add that the zonal meeting was held at the Uyar Agricultural College. The site was not chosen by chance. For the fourth year in the region, specialized training centers have been formed. The technical school trains digital agricultural technologists. For this, the necessary material and technical base has been created. The construction of the dormitory and the landscaping of the territory are ongoing. In just four years, 1.3 billion rubles were allocated from the regional budget for the development of the technical school.
